4-6 years old. Tuesday & Thursday 5:10 - 5:50pm.

Junior Judo

7-13 years old. Tuesday & Thursday 6:00 - 7:30pm.
Saturday 10:00 - 11:00am.

Senior Judo

14 years old & up. Monday & Friday 11:30am - 12:45
Tuesday & Thursday 7:30 - 9:00pm.
Saturday 10:00 - 11:00am.

BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU

For ages 12 & up.
Monday: 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm
Wednesday: 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm
Friday: 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Saturday: 10:00am - 12:00pm OPEN MAT Gi & No Gi
Sun: Open Mat (TBD Weekly)

  1. Take US-46 E
  2. Take the ramp toward LITTLE FALLS/W. PATERSON.
  3. Turn LEFT onto PATERSON AVE/CR-639. Continue to follow CR-639.
  4. Turn RIGHT onto LACKAWANNA AVE/CR-632.
